2. Information received from customers and affiliated translators is used only for the following purposes:

・Business or customer communications via various communication mediums, including telephone, e-mail, and postal mail as well as consultations and inquiries such as questionnaire surveys.

3. In order to properly handle the information from our customers and affiliated translators, information will always be stored on a dedicated server and will be managed according to the company’s rules and the management system in place. Furthermore, we make every effort to protect personal information by means of employee training and ensuring appropriate measures to be taken in the event of loss, falsification, or leakage of personal information, as well as unauthorized access to it.

4. We will not grant access or give data received from customers to any third party.
